CI Cebu’s Transcend Academy Training: Elevating Leadership and Facilitation Skills!
On January 26 and 27, 2024, JCI Cebu proudly hosted the Transcend Academy Training at the Cebu City Hall Social Hall, bringing together aspiring leaders for an intensive and enriching experience.
*Day 1* featured the “JCI Presenter” course, led by the 2024 JCI Cebu Local Skills Director, Mr. Niño Jan Miole. Participants honed their presentation skills, learning techniques to engage audiences effectively and communicate with impact.
*Day 2* focused on the “JCI Facilitator” course, conducted by the 2024 Regional Skills Development Director, Mr. Mar Joseph Go of JCI METRO CEBU UPTOWN. Attendees developed their facilitation abilities, mastering the art of guiding group discussions, fostering collaboration, and driving productive outcomes.
