Summary
The Transcend Academy program has brought significant added value to the members of JCI Cebu and the local community. It has reactivated and activated members’ abilities to become trainers, while also providing educational and career opportunities to beneficiaries, employees, and community members.
A wide range of members was involved in the program, including all 57 JCI Cebu members, 20 JCI Cebu trainers, and over 31 JCI training members from other chapters in Central Visayas. The program also relied on the commitment and support of the 2,345 participants.
The objectives of the program were to activate and empower trainers within JCI Cebu through a three-phase approach: equipping trainers with necessary skills, providing opportunities to demonstrate those skills, and exposing trainers to real-life training situations.
The Transcend Academy program has brought immense value to JCI Cebu and its members, empowering them with skills, knowledge, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
