President Carrel is dedicated to providing valuable leadership opportunities and empowering members to create advocacy-based projects.
His 2024 Plan of Action prioritizes sustainable social innovations in membership growth, retention and extension, along with developing world-class trainers through diverse training programs.
His initiatives align with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through impactful community projects such as TENTrepreneurship, Project B.E.R.D.E., and H.I.K.E. Ta Bai! Program.
His leadership is characterized by a strong commitment to international collaborations and human rights, reflecting his dedication to making a lasting impact both locally and globally.
