Cancer Heroes: Living Well with a Disability Beyond the Diagnosis
Cancer Heroes, powered by the PWDe All Program-– Persons With Disabilities Engagement & Alliance Program– is JCI Cebu’s Inclusivity Program for the Differently-abled Persons that aims to:
- Heal the psychological and economic gap of families providing the needs of cancer patients
- Opens Conversation and Awareness on Cancer Health and Wellness
- Promote social inclusivity and camaraderie among children with cancer illness through social interaction and intervention
- Empower and coach parents on effective handling children with disabilities
On JCI Cebu’s 76 year, the program raised Php 200,000 that benefited 76 families and 76 Cancer Patients.
