ENKINDLE: Lighting the Path to Global Collaboration
Igniting global collaboration and empowering community leaders, the ENKINDLE Training Program has revolutionized international and sustainable development standards. This program shines through its meticulous planning and flawless execution, harnessing the expertise of 12 certified JCI National trainers to deliver 12 transformative training sessions. Each session, thoughtfully structured into four-day segments of 30-minute micro-learning modules, ensured maximum impact without overwhelming the participants with information.
ENKINDLE’s expansive reach engaged 70 co-host JCI chapters worldwide, drawing 2,429 attendees. This inclusive approach fostered goodwill and cooperation among local chapters while strengthening global community ties. Utilizing existing resources like Zoom, the program remained accessible and cost-effective, showcasing financial prudence and sustainability.
Beyond numbers, ENKINDLE significantly enhanced JCI’s value. It empowered members with vital skills in training, engagement, and leadership, elevating their personal development and community impact. The program’s impressive social media reach of 11,144 amplified the visibility of local chapters, presenting JCI as a proactive force in international development.
On a national scale, ENKINDLE boosted JCI Philippines’ reputation as a leader in impactful international initiatives, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to empowering communities and fostering sustainable development. Globally, it promoted key JCI advocacies, advancing the movement’s goals of leadership development and global citizenship.
