Youth ACCESS: Adaptive Courses for Continuous Education and Skills Specialization
Youth ACCESS (Adaptive Courses for Continuous Education and Skills Specialization) is JCI Cebu’s flagship youth empowerment initiative that builds a strong pipeline of purpose-driven young leaders through a future-ready, full-cycle leadership framework. Anchored on the 3E’s approach—Establish, Equip, and Engage—the program supports the formation of youth organizations, delivers transformational training, and enables real-world community impact.
By ESTABLISHING 38 youth organizations and training 3,458 youth leaders nationwide, Youth ACCESS creates a structured, values-driven ecosystem aligned with JCI’s mission. It EQUIPS participants with critical leadership, communication, and project implementation skills through 20+ modules, summits, and mentoring sessions. Finally, it ENGAGES youth in launching community projects and advocacy campaigns, integrating JCI values into grassroots action.
Youth ACCESS goes beyond education, it forges empowered changemakers ready to lead, serve, and sustain impact across schools, SK councils, and communities in the Philippines.
