Summary
Master’s Farm Eco-ducational Tour & Community Training is a foundation to sustainable community farming through innovative solid waste management. It is JCI Cebu’s multi-faceted Environmental Sustainability program that focuses on addressing (1) Inadequate Knowledge of Alternative Sustainable Farming Techniques, (2) Poor Solid Waste Management, (3) Lack of Innovation on Recycling, Upcycling, & Remanufacturing Wastes and (4) Poor Community Involvement in Climate Action in Cebu through:
- Eco-ducational Tour & Training Course on Sustainable & Innovative Community Farming
- Education and Awareness on Correct Solid Waste Management
- Adoption of Innovative Recycling, Upcycling, and Remanufacturing of solid waste into products useful in community farming
- Engagement of the community to a Community Backyard Clean-up Day on Weekends
This is a ZERO-COST program since all the resources are upcycled, recycled, and remanufactured from Solid Waste. While it costs almost nothing, its causes are worth our Earth survival.
