Summary
The Leadership Incubator Framework and Engagement Program (or the L.I.F.E. Program) of Cebu Jaycees is a structured program designed to develop leadership skills and capabilities of enterprising leaders to solve societal concerns, and focuses on two major objectives to drive organizational growth and development:
1. Enhanced and Streamlined Members Incubator: To program improvised recruitment and retention processes. The enhancements include gamifying the orientation program, establishing clear membership milestones, incorporate interactive implementation of JCI Foundational courses, coaching new project making and management, and strategically deploying new members based on talent assessments, capabilities, interests, and fulfillment.
2. Leadership Development and Coaching System: To develop enterprising young leaders who can drive positive change and create growth opportunities. This system includes activities and training programs that foster an entrepreneurial mindset, provide hands-on experiential learning, connect new members with mentors, promote continuous learning and adaptability, and emphasize ethical leadership and social responsibility.
