Digital transformation soared with the website (jcicebu.org), publication (Nucleus), podcasts (UrbanShift), and institutional memory while driving 138,000+ organic views. Membership grew 49%, retention held at 100%, and global presence expanded through sister chapter collaborations. By empowering his board, engaging over 90 sponsors and partners, and aligning every initiative with a long-term vision, President Jeff ensured that JCI Cebu stands stronger, more visible, and more resilient than ever—truly “Built for the World.”
