Aljon You All the Way
Aljon You All the Way is the story of purpose-driven leadership that bridges corporate skill and civic action. Aljon , a CPA and Finance Manager,with over eight years of experience in corporate world, joined JCI Cebu in 2024 with a deep desire to reach communities often overlooked by traditional outreach.
As Project Chair of Impact Immersion: Of the Many, For the Many, he led three multi-day missions to far-flung areas, reaching over 500 individuals with health, education, and welfare services. He applied his corporate-honed management skills to mobilize ₱527K+ ($9,165) in sponsorships, built partnerships with 28 organizations, and mentored members to co-lead each rollout.
By living with locals, listening to their stories, and co-creating solutions, Aljon built lasting systems of impact. He turned project work into shared leadership, and logistics into legacy. More than delivering services, he empowered changemakers, proving that true leadership starts where the need is greatest.
