From a Baby Jaycee, until becoming officially a new member last January 2025, with bold aspirations to a young enterprising leader making a global impact, Jay Emanuel Q. Alegarbes proves that even the newest members can RISE to the challenge.
In just one year, Jay chaired 34 transformative community projects, initiated 24 agricultural jobs, supported 82 MSMEs, mobilized and trained 11,238 youth, and raised over USD 106,000 to help communities thrive. On his journey from a Baby Jaycee to a new member bagged him 1 Temiong (National) Award, and 2 Quadro (Area) Awards. His Baby Jaycee initiative, Project Berde, introduced sustainable farming systems and empowered the ‘one who feed the community’, our FARMERS, while promoting innovation, and sustainability.
He strengthened JCI’s global vision through 7 international cooperations, contributed to his LO’s recognition as the Top 1 in Area 4 Performance Efficiency, and exemplified data-driven innovation and servant leadership.
