JCI Cebu Inc celebrated their 74th founding anniversary at Casa Gorordo, Cebu City with the theme, SULOG.
The theme encapsulates the experiences of the organization for more than 74 years, moving continuously forward despite the challenges that the organization is facing.
The said anniversary was attended by members of JCI Cebu as well as past presidents, and senators of JCI Cebu. Valued partners like the PWD community participated in the celebration.
The midyear awards and the unveiling of the 75th diamond anniversary logo were the highlights in the celebration. Members and aspirants were recognized for their hard work and dedication.
Apart from the founding anniversary celebration, this was also a cultural appreciation night for the members of JCI Cebu. Casa Gorordo depicts the rich culture of Cebu which was highlighted during the celebration.
JCI Sen. Juanito Cubos, one of the past presidents of JCI Cebu, gave the inspirational image putting emphasis on the ever progressive development of the organization through the years.
“For a new aspirant witnessing the 74th Anniversary celebration, it showed me how JCI Cebu has grown progressively for the past years and how it can become more significant for the next years to come,” says Warren Flores, an aspiring member for JCI Cebu.
“It gave me the glimpse of what I will go through and this thrilled me to kickstart my journey with this brotherhood.”
