JCI CEBU Inc conducts Halad sa PWDs under the program PWDe ALL at Plaza Independencia, Cebu City.
The endeavor seeks to provide medical health checkup, announcement of the Senior High Scholarship, and recognition of the various PWD groups in Cebu City.
The PWDe ALL program is a series of projects for the Persons with Disabilities to give opportunities and endeavours to the well-being of the beneficiaries.
“Overwhelming since we came 2 yrs from online class and this is the first field work we have experienced since online class,” says Imee Arriesgado, one of the volunteers of the project
“It was a nice experience and satisfying because we are exposed to one of the fields of psychology – social psychology – and at the same time help the PWD community. “
The program will be having a GRAND HALAD Celebration with Cebu City Government and a SPORTS Project by August 2022 according to JCI Member Lenbi Laborte, project chair for PWDe ALL program.
The program was partnered with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Cebu for Healthcare Professions, iFM, DHYP, Converge, Wellbeing Cluster, and Office of the Vice Mayor Atty Raymond Alvin Garcia.
