JCI Cebu, Inc. successfully held its #AkoBayani: Opportunity-to-Impact (OTI) New Members’ Orientation, organized by the Organization Development team in collaboration with various teams. The event marked a significant moment of transition between the 2024 and 2025 Boards of Directors, showcasing the organization’s commitment to leadership development and teamwork.
President-elect Jefferson Ombe served as the resource speaker, delivering an insightful discussion on the “Sphere of Influence” and introducing the new recruits to JCI as a leadership organization. His presentation aimed to equip the new members with a clear understanding of JCI’s mission, vision, and core values.
11 new aspirants attended the orientation and were warmly welcomed by members from different teams, fostering a sense of unity and brotherhood. The event highlighted JCI Cebu’s continued efforts to empower its members and create lasting impacts by building rapport for the community.
