JCI Cebu, Inc. recently organized Brownbag and Lunchbox Sessions for new aspirants as part of their JCI Explore and Project Management initiatives. These sessions aimed to provide valuable learning experiences and engage new aspirants in JCI Cebu’s core values and practices.
During the Brownbag session, led by JCI Cebu Gabay Trainer Christian Lucky Saligumba, participants were prompted to reflect on their motivations for joining JCI Cebu. This interactive session encouraged new members to explore their personal reasons for joining and fostered a sense of belonging within the JCI community.
In the Lunchbox session, facilitated by JCI Cebu Gabay Trainer Daegie Montermoso, the aspirants worked on conceptualizing a project proposal and presented it to a panel of experts. The activity aimed to develop their project management skills and prepare them for future leadership roles within the organization.
Both sessions are part of JCI Cebu’s commitment to nurturing and developing future leaders, empowering them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in their JCI journey.
