JCI Cebu proudly marks international milestones as leaders Johnel Luceño, Troy Austin Go, and Jurex Suson represented the Philippines in global training programs in Da Nang, Vietnam.
Johnel Luceño, 2025 VP for Community Development, and Troy Austin Go, 2025 Director for National Relations, made history as pioneer graduates of the inaugural JCI Philippines International Affairs (IA) Academy in Da Nang, Vietnam. Held from March 21 to 23, 2025, with the theme “Beyond Borders,” the academy brought together over 60 participants from across Asia to explore JCI’s history, international framework, and leadership through a global lens.
Johnel continued his international journey by graduating from the prestigious International Public Speaking and Debating Course hosted by JCI Vietnam and JCI Mongolia Academy on March 25. Guided by experts such as Senior Judge Usukh-Ider Buddamdin and Judge Samadi Batbold, the course offered rigorous, high-standard training that honed his speaking and debating skills.
Meanwhile, Jurex Suson, 2025 Executive Vice President – External and Deputy National Chairperson for IA Academy, advanced his global leadership path by representing the Philippines in the JCI Vietnam and JCI Mongolia Academy’s Train the Trainer program held March 25–29. This program empowers high-caliber trainers, fosters a collaborative learning culture, and opens international opportunities for aspiring JCI leaders.
These remarkable achievements mark a proud chapter in JCI Cebu’s legacy of global excellence.
