Last June 27, 2025, JCI Cebu’s Training Bureau successfully conducted Session 2: Training Architect — The Art of Designing Development Programs at Mabuhay Towers, Cebu City.

This session was part of the ongoing TrainerXcel Masterclass Series, focusing on equipping participants with the tools to conceptualize and deliver impactful development programs. VP Niño Jan Miole took center stage to lead the training, emphasizing the value of intentional design, learning outcomes, and participant-centered planning. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants explored program development strategies that align with leadership goals and long-term impact.

The session introduced a practical framework that enabled aspiring trainers to understand better how to structure programs with clarity, relevance, and sustainability in mind. Participants learned how to anchor their designs in learner needs and drive transformation through well-defined objectives and engaging delivery methods.

More than just a learning session, Training Architect served as a springboard for JCI members to become strategic thinkers in the design of training. It empowered them to rethink their approach to program creation, moving beyond content delivery to meaningful experience-building.

This event reaffirms JCI Cebu’s mission to nurture a new generation of effective trainers committed to building better leaders and communities. With every session, the Training Bureau strengthens its role in shaping the future of leadership development.
