JCI Cebu, Inc. held TrabaWHO: Proyekto para sa Katawhan, Trabaho para sa Kaayohan at Barangay Tisa Gym, providing career readiness training for Senior High School graduates.
The event featured industry-focused talks aimed at boosting students’ confidence and preparedness for the job market. Pedro Fernan III, JCI Cebu’s 2025 Director for Recruitment, led an engaging session on “How to Win an Interview,” equipping participants with key strategies to stand out in job applications. Meanwhile, Niño Jan Miole, 2025 Vice President for Training, delivered an impactful discussion titled “Amplify: Conquer Career Conversations with Confidence,” emphasizing effective communication and self-presentation skills.
In addition to the insightful talks, TrabaWHO provided students with valuable networking opportunities, allowing them to engage with professionals and gain first-hand knowledge of industry expectations. The interactive sessions encouraged active participation, ensuring that students not only learned theoretical concepts but also practiced essential skills that would help them in real-world job scenarios.
