Trainer Warren transforms training into a launchpad for leadership. With an engineer’s precision and a servant leader’s heart, he led JCI Cebu Training Bureau in creating a multi-layered training ecosystem through the 3S Innovation Framework: SHAPE, SHARE, and SCALE.
SHAPE activated 28 trainers through TrainerXcel—a structured pathway with masterclasses, coaching, ranking and recognition to build confident, purpose-driven leaders.
SHARE redefined delivery through the ACCESS Learning Lab, a modular, gamified platform with five thematic tracks tailored for JCI chapters, schools, civic groups, and companies.
SCALE empowered youth via EmpowerNext, formed 2 new JJC chapters, trained 38 youth groups, and deployed UNSDG caravans, summits, and mentorships—that established leadership teams, equipped with skills, and engaged through sustainable projects.
Together, these programs have transformed over 8,033 individuals across 115 JCI chapters and 72 partner organizations—replicated by others, scaled across borders, and driven by one mission: to build people who build others.
