The L.I.F.E. Program (Leadership Incubator Framework and Engagement Program)
From GOOD to GREAT to UNSTOPPABLE – the mantra that drives JCI Cebu to become relentless in its service as a 76-year old Local Organization. To innovate and scale-up its processes and programs for organizational growth and development, the Leadership Incubator Framework and Engagement Program (the L.I.F.E. Program) of Cebu Jaycees was conceptualized and being implemented to produce the BEST JCI Members doing the BEST programs for the community.
The L.I.F.E. Program is a structured roadmap and experience designed to develop leadership skills and capabilities of enterprising leaders to solve societal concerns, and focuses on two core objectives: a) Streamlined Leadership Incubator to improvised recruitment and retention processes, gamifying the onboarding and training activities, and strategically deploy members; and b) Coaching and Support System to connect members with mentors, set goals and assess the skills of members, and provide constructive feedback tailored to address the unique needs, strengths, and challenges faced by members.
With this program, JCI Cebu gained 38.6% membership increase with 22 new official members, 30+ aspiring members in progress, 100% retention rate, 100% membership engagement, and produced 6 new flagship projects in support to the UNSDG that raised awareness that JCI is a major contributor to nation-building.
