The Global Transcend Academy
The Global Transcend Academy successfully addressed three key areas: trainer development, network expansion, and project sustainability.
Trainer Exposure: The program provided extensive training opportunities for JCI Cebu trainers, with over 97 out of 112 training activities allowing them to present at international events. This global exposure not only strengthened their skills but also built their reputation within the JCI community.
Network Expansion: Collaboration with 80 co-host chapters fostered knowledge sharing and extended JCI Cebu’s network beyond local borders. Trainers gained valuable insights from international colleagues. This network expansion creates opportunities for future partnerships and resource sharing.
Project Sustainability and Impact: This placed a strong emphasis on project management skills, empowering new JCI Cebu members to develop and implement projects with lasting impact. The success stories of 4 out of 6 projects led by new members, benefiting over 75,000 beneficiaries, highlight the program’s effectiveness in achieving sustainable change. Additionally, the focus on attracting 241 sponsors strengthens JCI Cebu’s financial resources and allows for continued investment in successful projects.
By prioritizing these three areas, the Global Transcend Academy equipped JCI Cebu with a team of highly skilled trainers, a strong international network, and the ability to develop impactful projects.
