SUSTAIN: Strengthening Unity, Service, and Transformation Among Incoming New Members

The objectives of the SUSTAIN Program were to:

  1. Recruit quality members by leveraging intentional promotions, digital storytelling, and a structured onboarding pipeline through the Incubator Program.
  2. Enhance engagement and retention through interest-based social events such as baking classes, sports activities, and jam sessions that promote authentic connection.
  3. Develop new leaders by training them through the JCI Active Citizen Framework and equipping them with project execution skills, including planning, defense, and implementation.
  4. Increase member value by launching the NFC-enabled JCI Cebu Membership Card offering up to 50% discounts at partner merchants and real-time verification of member status.
  5. Institutionalize systems like the Incubator Program and OTI schedules to support long-term leadership development and structured growth.
  6. Strengthen brand and community partnerships through active collaboration with LGUs and private sponsors, establishing JCI Cebu as a premier leadership hub.

Overall, the program sought to create a replicable model that integrates purpose, passion, and performance—aligning members with the evolving needs of their communities and the mission of JCI.
