ISSIOT Lao: Inspiring Service, Strengthening Impact, Orchestrating Transformation
Anielito “ISSIOT” Lao exemplifies transformational leadership, mentorship, and service as JCI Cebu’s Most Outstanding Senator. A dedicated member since 2001, ISSIOT has led groundbreaking cultural and environmental projects like Talima 1.0 & 2.0, Bantayog ng Wika, and Cebu Jaycees Fellow, inspiring civic pride, marine conservation, and organizational unity. He revived dormant alumni and mentored 22 aspiring senators, empowering them as future leaders aligned with JCI values. As a Barangay Councilor, ISSIOT infused transparency, accountability, and volunteerism into public service. His initiatives mobilized over 50 volunteers, engaged government, business, and NGO partners, and generated more than ₱5M (88,514 USD) in support. ISSIOT’s work preserved heritage, fostered sustainability, and strengthened JCI Cebu’s identity as a catalyst for positive change.
