More than 100 student leaders from Cebu Eastern College gathered on August 8, 2025, for “Synergy Building: Enhancing Organizational Success Through Synergistic Engagement,” a leadership development program facilitated by Joe Toledo of JCI Cebu Inc. and a proud Gabay 4 graduate. Held at the CEC Leon Kilat Campus, the training emphasized the power of collaboration, servant leadership, and teamwork in building stronger student organizations.
Participants embarked on a three-part learning journey focused on self-awareness, effective collaboration, and servant leadership. Through practical tools such as The Leader’s Compass and the Synergy Team Charter, students explored strategies for strengthening organizational culture and fostering meaningful partnerships.
Interactive activities, including Human Bingo, the Marshmallow Challenge, and the Scenario Think Tank, encouraged creativity, communication, and problem-solving while reinforcing leadership principles. The program concluded with a powerful reminder that true leadership is measured not by personal achievement but by empowering others, inspiring collaboration, and creating lasting positive impact within the community.
