Cebu City, Philippines — JCI Cebu conducted a dynamic Strategic Planning and Teambuilding activity on November 16-17 at Foliage Cabins, Talamban, Cebu City. Organized by the Organizational Development team, the event brought together members of the 2025 Board of the Directors to align goals and strengthen camaraderie.

The event opened with a welcome address from President-elect Jefferson Ombe, followed by an inspiring message from Immediate Past President Carrel Pantollano. The session was facilitated by resource speaker Henry Loren Jim Ceniza, who guided participants through activities that promoted collaboration and strategic reflection.

Participants, grouped by their respective departments, began by sharing their team introductions. They then engaged in an interactive exercise, listing “What to Continue Doing” and “What NOT to Continue Doing.” Each department received feedback and suggestions from others, which were categorized into actionable steps: “What they will not do,” “What they might do,” and “What they will do.”

The day featured insightful discussions on organizational culture, complemented by a lighthearted TikTok dance challenge to emphasize modern trends in team engagement. During the evening, each team presented their Team Calendar outlining goals and plans for the year ahead.

The event concluded with a fellowship session, fostering deeper connections among members. The activity highlighted JCI Cebu’s commitment to collaborative growth and excellence, setting a solid foundation for 2025 initiatives.
