To recognize the invaluable contributions of its partners in creating a positive community impact, JCI Cebu Inc. held its first-ever Partners’ Night at Keoni Hall, BIG Hotel, Mandaue, on January 23, 2025. The event also featured the 3rd JCI Cebu General Membership Meeting and the induction of Baby Jaycees and New Members.
The evening saw the attendance of over 20 partners and 40 JCI Cebu members, welcomed by Johnel Luceño, 2025 VP for Community Development. Highlights of the event included the awarding of certificates of recognition to the 2024 JCI Cebu partners, presented by 2024 JCI Cebu President Carrel Pantollano, who also shared the highlights of the past year’s projects. The 2025 outlook was presented by newly elected 2025 JCI Cebu President Jefferson Ombe.
During the event, JCI Cebu honored the following partners for their support and contributions in 2024: Accenture Cebu, Accenture Project Toko, Travelbee Management Corp. and BIG Hotel, CDO Odysee Foundation, Cheezken, Darma’s Giftdash Corporate Giveaways Trading, DPWH Region 7, iFM and DYHP, InspireX Philippines, Java Photography & Film, JJC CIT-University, JJC Cebu Normal University, JJC University of San Carlos, KNC Entertainment Production (Dagan Cebu), Legalize PH, MCAV Tarpaulin Printing Services, Neri Audio, NUSTAR Resort Cebu, Pillows Hotel and Mang Tinapay, Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc., Smartsourcing Inc., Static Data Hosting, TakahaShe Credit Cooperative and Pets Ai Care, and Vaugn Visuals.
The JCI Cebu Partners’ Night holds great significance for JCI Cebu as it serves as a platform to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of its partners. By recognizing their efforts, JCI Cebu not only strengthens its relationship with existing partners but also encourages more organizations and individuals to collaborate with them in the future.
A significant part of the night was the induction ceremony, where more than 10 Baby Jaycees and 8 New Members were officially welcomed into the JCI Cebu family.
The induction of new members signified the growth and expansion of JCI Cebu. Welcoming new members into the fold ensures that the organization continues to thrive and bring fresh perspectives and ideas to its initiatives.
The event was organized by a dedicated team led by Adrian Manuel Tan, 2025 VP for Business Development, and co-chaired by Jurex Suson, 2024 VP for Business Development. The organizing team also included Jeff Uy, 2025 VP for Organizational Development; Pedro Fernan III, 2025 Director for Recruitment; Nile Ylanan, 2025 Director for Networking & Growth; and Gian Martin Batiller, 2025 Business Development Commissioner.
Overall, the JCI Cebu Partners’ Night is a celebration of collaboration, community impact, and the collective efforts of JCI Cebu and its partners in making a positive difference in society.
