JCI Cebu successfully launched the Youth ACCESS Leadership Summit 2025, a dynamic leadership development initiative designed to empower young leaders through self-awareness, purpose-driven leadership, and community innovation. Held on July 12, 2025, at the Community Hall of Cebu City Hall, the summit gathered representatives from various youth organizations committed to creating meaningful impact in their communities.
The program provided participants with valuable opportunities to develop leadership competencies, strengthen their sense of identity, and explore innovative approaches to addressing community challenges. Through engaging discussions and interactive learning sessions, attendees were encouraged to become responsible leaders who inspire positive change and service.
The summit, offered free of charge to participating youth organizations, quickly reached full capacity, with registration officially closing on July 8, 2025. The overwhelming response reflects the growing enthusiasm among Cebu’s youth to lead with purpose, collaborate for progress, and become catalysts for sustainable community development through effective leadership.
