On June 27, 2025, JCI Cebu successfully concluded the TrainerXcel Masterclass with its third and final session, Beyond the Buzz: The Personal Branding Playbook for Trainers, facilitated by seasoned JCI Cebu trainer Jurex Suson. The session challenged participants to look beyond technical expertise and discover the power of building an authentic personal brand that inspires trust and lasting influence.
Drawing from his extensive experience in leadership development and training, Jurex guided aspiring and current trainers through practical strategies for defining their unique message, communicating their core values, and strengthening meaningful connections with diverse audiences. Participants gained valuable insights into establishing credibility, enhancing their professional presence, and creating a lasting impact both inside and outside the training room.
